Despite recent innovations like robotics and AI, these have not surpassed traditional surgery. In response, the Hospital Clinic of Barcelona and Quantion have launched the ULYSSES project, aiming to develop a digital tool that provides expert support in complex surgeries through danger zone detection, powered by AI and Big Data analysis.
