Director of the Applied Artificial Intelligence (AAI) unit, Eurecat<\/h4>\n
<\/div><\/div>[vc_column_text]Xavier Domingo<\/strong> is the director of the Applied Artificial Intelligence (AAI) unit at Eurecat Technology Center. He holds a Diploma of Advanced Studies (DEA) in Artificial Intelligence from the University of Lleida (UdL) and a degree in Computer Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia (UPC). He has extensive experience in applying methodologies and techniques of Artificial Intelligence supported by hybrid IoT architectures with analytics capabilities for small\/BIG data. These include intelligent platforms supported by Industry 4.0 technologies, solutions for predictive maintenance, resource planning and optimization, machinery monitoring and control, or traceability applied to the manufacturing industry, as well as applications in other sectors such as resources (water and energy), aerospace, logistics, environmental and climate change, or agri-food. He collaborates as a senior consultant in companies related to workflow management, logistics optimization, fleet management, and personal and transportation fleet security systems, with around 20 years of professional experience.
