Do I need to register to attend the 10th anniversary celebration at Sala Bikini?
On the 9th of October from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., the celebration of the 10th anniversary of the congress will take place in Sala Bikini (Av. Diagonal, 547, 08029, Barcelona).
If you are interested in attending, please let us know when you register for the congress.
What should I do to participate in the event?
Once you have registered, you will receive a confirmation email that includes your personalised ticket (includes QR code).
If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder. If you have not received this confirmation email, please send an email to events@eurecat.org.
Once you arrive at the auditorium, go to the registration desk and show your ticket on your mobile phone. To confirm your identity, we will ask you for an official document to prove your identity.
Will there be live-streaming?
No, in the 2024 edition we will not offer the possibility to follow the congress by live-streaming. The congress will be 100% face-to-face at L’illa Auditorium (AXA), Av. Diagonal, 547, 08029 Barcelona).
Will Wi-Fi be available?
Yes, the organisation will offer free Wi-Fi Internet to the entire convention centre. Network name: AIBIGDATA Password: aibigdata24
Will there be a simultaneous interpretation service during the event?
All presentations will be in the original language of the speaker (Catalan, Spanish or English). If necessary, the organization will provide a simultaneous interpretation service.
Are meals included in the registration?
Yes, meals are included in your registration. During the Congress, we will offer coffee service during the morning breaks (Foyer and Win Room).
On Wednesday, 9 October, at noon, we will offer a light snack (Foyer and Win Room).
Once the Congress is over, will the speaker’s presentations be posted?
Yes, after the Congress is held, all registered presentations will be accessible on the website: aicongress.barcelona
Is hotel accommodation included in the registration?
No. Hotel accommodation is not included in registration in the Congress.
