The 12th edition of the AI Congress will take place on 20, 21 and 22 October 2026 at Auditori L’illa (Av. Diagonal, 547, 08029 Barcelona). 100% in-person congress.

Once you complete your registration, you will receive a confirmation email that includes your ticket.

IMPORTANT: PRINT YOUR TICKET!

You must bring a printed copy of your ticket to the event venue, together with a valid form of identification. For security reasons and to encourage networking among professionals, your ticket must remain visible during your attendance to the congress.

How much does it cost?

Registration to attend the AI Congress is free.

What should I do when I arrive at the event?

Once you have completed your registration for the congress, you will receive a confirmation email including your personalised ticket (with a QR code).

IMPORTANT: You must bring your printed ticket to the event venue, together with your ID card.

If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder. If you still have not received the confirmation email, please contact events@eurecat.org.

Will the congress be available via live streaming?

No, the organisation will not offer the possibility to follow the AI Congress via live streaming. The congress can only be attended in person at Auditori l’illa in Barcelona (Av. Diagonal, 547, 08029 Barcelona).

Will Wi-Fi be available?

Yes, the organisation will offer free Wi-Fi internet throughout the convention centre.

Will simultaneous interpretation be available during the event?

The sessions will be held in each speaker’s original language and simultaneous interpretation will be available for all attendees: Cat > Spa / Eng and Eng > Cat / Spa.

To listen to the simultaneous interpretation, please bring your own headphones compatible with your mobile phone.

Are coffee services included with registration?

Yes, coffee services are included in your registration. During the 3 days of the congress, we will offer coffee service during the morning breaks (Foyer and Sala Win).

Once the Congress is over, will the speaker’s presentations be posted?

Yes, after the congress has taken place, all registered presentations will be available on the website: aicongress.barcelona

Is hotel accommodation included in the registration?

No. Hotel accommodation is not included in registration in the Congress.
