AI regulation, Need or opportunity?

The speaker will address the current state of AI legal regulation in the world, as well as some of the key issues for its proper integration, governance, contractual and corporate regulation.
He will also address the different approaches adopted in relation to its regulation, as well as the most important aspects of the AI Act, which affects not only intelligent system providers but also the people and entities that deploy and use them.
Finally, he will share his thoughts and opinion on the need or not to regulate it and its intensity.

Lawyer specialized in Technology and Digital Law, with a professional career of 25 years of experience practicing law at national and international level in the indicated areas. Partner and Legal Director of ADEQUA CORPORACIÓN.
Degree and PhD in Law (Artificial Intelligence Law) from the University of Valencia with extensive specialized training in the legal and technological areas in entities such as the UV, BI, MIT or the Instituto de Empresa (IE).

He holds various awards, recognitions and international certifications such as CISA, CISM, CGEIT, CRISC and CDPSE, as well as the national ACP or DPD.

He is a professor in different programs and masters for different entities and universities in Technology Law, Digital and IA, as well as a speaker at conferences and seminars. He is a researcher in Artificial Intelligence Law and author of several monographs, research articles and publications on Artificial Intelligence Law.
He belongs to different national and international organizations and associations of the technological and digital sector, and has held different positions and functions in them.
