Build Your Autonomous Workforce Through Multi-Agent AI Systems

22 October 2025 | 10.10h to 10.40h

Every business leader aspires to the autonomy that AI promises, yet in day-to-day operations we often see a gap between that vision and the reality of existing systems. This session serves as a bridge between those two worlds. Drawing from our experience at Softeng, we will present the strategic vision of multi-agent systems as a driver of transformation, followed by a pragmatic approach grounded in the capabilities offered by Microsoft’s cloud. We will analyze the critical requirements we’ve identified as essential—digitized processes, security by design, and data governance—to ensure the vision doesn’t remain a mere aspiration. We’ll provide a realistic framework to assess your starting point and outline a viable roadmap.
