AI adoption at scale: more than a technological challenge

Most organizations have already put AI tools in the hands of their teams, but providing access is only the first step. Someone watches a demonstration where everything works perfectly, returns to their desk, and doesn’t know where to start. For AI to transform everyday work, it takes more than simply deploying a tool. In this session, I will share what we are learning about AI adoption in a global organization, with real-life examples and one key idea: technology is essential, but its true value also depends on people, habits, and the way we work.
MARÇAL AMADÓ
Marçal Amadó is an industrial engineer with more than 15 years of experience in international corporate environments. He began his career at Nestlé in industrial and manufacturing roles before moving into positions focused on IT operations, digital transformation, technology adoption, and digital employee experience. He has also served as an associate professor of Operations Management at the Universitat Internacional de Catalunya. He is currently global head of digital adoption and employee experience at Nestlé, where he leads initiatives in digital adoption, change management, and the integration of artificial intelligence into the way people work.
