DISRUPTING BANKING PROCESSES WITH AGENT FRAMEWORKS
23 October 2025 | 10.00h to 10.30h
Autonomous agents are poised to revolutionize industries by enabling intelligent, adaptive, and goal-driven automation at scale. In the banking sector, their impact is particularly transformative—disrupting legacy processes and unlocking new levels of operational efficiency.
This talk explores how agent-based frameworks are redefining traditional banking workflows through a modular, intelligent architecture that integrates Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), automated query generation, and structured database access —all tightly coupled with mechanisms that enforce high data quality and precision throughout the pipeline.
We will emphasize the importance of designing robust AI flows that orchestrate AI capabilities, introducing a use-case that integrates several AI capabilities. Among these, two play a critical role in data extraction: one focuses on relational data and the other on unstructured document processing. The relational data extraction leverages a novel LLM-based natural language to SQL approach ease the retrieval of complex database information. In parallel, the document extraction capability excels at processing multilingual content, including visual and tabular information within documents.
Attendees will gain insights into how agent frameworks can be strategically deployed to disrupt legacy systems and unlock new value streams in banking.
